*Security deposit is refunded based on the condition of the room. Damages and excessive housekeeping charges will be taken from the security deposit, and remaining balance will be refunded. If room is left as it was found, security deposit will be refunded in full. Security deposit refunds will be mailed by check 10-14 days after check-out.
